surprisingly classy, alighieri's serves up cheap and tasty italian bar food alongside the largest selection of beers on the west coast. at least, that's what they claim, and it probably isn't true, but that doesn't deter from its popularity. upper-class demons enjoy mingling in the low lighting and smoky atmosphere here.

Although Santa Prospera might not carry the bad reputation that some other Californian cities do, it still has its share of unsavory characters, both human and demonic alike. They can oft be found skulking around dark streets and buildings, so it's best to stay out of this part of town at night.

BAMBOO DISTRICT
the furthest south of the three districts geographically, bamboo is the most urbane and run-down. although it's a decent place to be in during the daytime, it's certainly intimidating to walk down its narrow streets and between its crumbling brick apartments at night. there's also a significant demon population here, although not all of them are hostile towards humans.
