In fact she would find him to be a joy to be around. He is a lot more fun than the other professionals she has to spend time with. Also even though he is like two years older than her she would find him adorable xD.

Psych buddies wise she would be all serious face. "Where do you stand on nature verses nurture?" And then have a psych filled convo with him.

I can see these two being buddies :'D Emmy might even have a crush on him since he is so bubbly and they have stuff in common. BUT SHE WOULDN"T TELL HIM, she would be too scared of rejection and loosing him as a friend. OH NO DRAMA xD

So Aalekh's dad didn't really love him right? I mean Aalekh doesn't really care enough to be like "OMMMMMGGGG MY DAD DIDN'T LOVEEEEE ME" and be all emo about it and stuff. He tries to reason that being like a lab rat is like his dads own form of love right. So like he drops that occasionaly and is all caj about it and I guess Jamie would be like "OMFG THIS KID MUST HAVE DEEP PSYCHOLIGCAL ISSUES MANG" and yeah he's ll trying to discover if Aalekh has any problems and Aal's all like "Bro nothing is wrong with me I'm not like a special needs child or anything, I don't need your constant love and whatnot" so yeah they could be friends but Aalekh could find him pretty annoying.

Allito & Crazy Psychiatrist

Allito doesn't like True cross as it is but some guy trying to help him get over his families deaths or something would be kind of weird. Much like aalekh's I feel like Jamie would try to find out mroe about his mental condtion seeing as he is not only a halfling but his entire family was pretty much killed before him and for most of his life he was practically alone with no real interaction. Though of course allito is very vengeful and wants to seek revenge he isn't really grief stricken and depressed. They are pretty much his motivation in life and he will avenge them. He doesn't really like discussing it that much unless asked so maybe Jamie tries to like get him to open up to it more.

okay so we were just talking about this in the box about the possibility of of of them KNOWING EACH OTHER since they were munchkins cause of their parents similar working sort of ways. and even though buffalo and poughkeepsie/nyc (drew actually lived in the city for her growing up life. i know it's not very clear, but poughkeepsie was like summer and weekend home.) are like a big six to eight hour drive from each other. but um um. he is a good eight years older than drew. and i can kinda see his mom like dropping him off at drew's home for like idk EXORCIST CHILD PLAYDATES... and him just being like 'ooh drew, what're you doing there? how many friends do you have? why won't you talk to me?' and her just trying to ignore him, 'jamie i'm busy go away. forever' she wasn't a stone cold child. she was more like a cooling down brick oven at that point in time. (she definitely became more so as she got older and people started to just like get in her face not because they wanted to be her friend cause they wanted to get in her pants.) um but yeah. her trying to ignore him. though idk how well that would work... OMG WOULD HE DO EXTENDED BABY SITTING RUNS? LIKE LIKE if her parents went out of town and needed someone to watch over their kids and he was like. (omg far away but).

anyway, if the above idea runs then. now at true cross. she would be like 'why me. dear god why me. why' and try to avoid him, but somehow see him a lot. and would try to tell him to fuck off in the most round about ways, because drew just wouldn't feel he was worth the effort to punch in the face and walk away. and and maybe if he knew her for a long time he would know her mother. and if he knew about her relationship with her mother would like. check up on drew to like tell her mom. and drew would hate that. but much prefer jamie over her mother. because drew's mother might as well have a fire blanket of emotions up to drew's nose. she is a suffocating woman in drew's opinion. RAMBLING. omg maybe she would like ask him questions, not that she cares for the answers, but to like get him off of her case. so if he just went on and on, she could zone out and think about other more important things than his feelings.

okay kay one more thing. grace grace. so drew like omg is becoming such an animal lover it is a problem. but omg it is fat and like lazy. maybe she would omg would grace allow her to do this? as much as i love jamie, pidge, rowan is not going to like him. at all.

in fact, hate would be a much closer word to what rowan feels.

rowan lost both of his parents to a lightning strike when he was ten, and spent the rest of his years until he was a legal adult in the foster care system going from one family to another to another. he has huge trust issues, in fact only currently actually trusting one person at the moment, and he refuses to let other people get close to him (again, only one person has really managed that successfully). in other words, he's just a whole bundle of problems. his personality is quite honestly a piece of shit, not that he cares, but because of that i can see him being forced to go to therapy with the threat of losing his job.

rowan does not like talking about his problems. he refuses to admit he has any, and that makes it kind of difficult to have them. he has one best friend (hoen) he talks about his issues with, but that's only after he's held it all in long enough to have a mental breakdown. and i mean a serious mental breakdown: refusal to eat, complete silence and passive attitude, and a few violent outbursts here and there. jamie is going to be one of his least favorite people just because he is trying to help rowan solve his problems, and the redhead thinks no one is able to do that except himself.

every session he goes to will be terrible (i'm thinking they'd probably be weekly, or something). rowan would likely just sit on a chair or lay and read a book, staying silent or glaring at jamie until it was time to go. he'd try his hardest to avoid having his problems brought up, though just going will have him thinking about them. so at the very least, jamie is making him confront his issues without even trying xD at other times, he'd likely just skip the appointment completely, because dammit if he doesn't feel like every little thing he does is being analyzed when he does go. i dunno. end rant, i guess? xD

[STELLA DUBOIS]

so, in all of stella's drama-filled confliction at the moment, is it really any surprise that she is not going to like psychotherapy? not really.

unlike rowan, however, stella will likely make a game out of her sessions with jamie, since i'm kind of figuring the half-demons are like going to be required to see the counselor every so often. what she'll do is put up a different one of her masks every time she goes in; from flirty, to angry, to sweet and innocent, all of her efforts will be put towards confusing jamie. sure, she's probably aware somewhere deep down that doing that only reveals more about her than her actual personality would, but her compulsive lying is such a big part of her, she wouldn't know what else to do.

also unlike rowan, stella won't have a problem with jamie as a person. he'd actually probably endlessly amuse her. no, her only issue would be with him as a psychologist. maybe eventually she'd break down and reveal her internal conflict, but i don't see that anywhere in the immediate future xD

xD Yeah someone for her to talk to lots so I can work on her cajun accent :'D But seriously she would miss having someone to talk to after leaving home and so Jamie would like fit the bill since he likes to talk.

xD actually his being oblivious would make her feel better about having the crush because then she wouldn't have to be so afraid about loosing him as a friend! If that makes sense xD. Emma herself doesn't have too much experience with guys because she has two older protective brothers that were the kind that wait on the porch with shot guns xD Poor Em xD.

well CARRYING THIS OVER FROM... EVERYWHERE but BFFS MAN! as bff as someone like matt gets, at least, and certainly jamie's his only good, real friend! jamie's cheer and outlook are something that matt can't really DEFEND against so he'd definitely have been totally unable to get rid of jamie from the start and from that, a beautiful friendship grew

i think it's conceivable they could have met before txw - given that jamie became active in the aftermath of the war when matt was probably busiest they may well have met around then! matt of course being his arsehole 'psychology isn't a real thing' and then jamie being so incredibly sweet and nice that matt can't possibly defend against it. of course

aw man these two i'm still laughing about the idea of them being exes oh god how did that even work :'D

i still see her being somewhat fond of jamie - as fond as one who distances themselves from everyone can be, anywho - but any romantic inclinations are long gone at this point. they still meet up p often tho for coffee and idk client talk i guess! they could also complain about exorcising duties cutting into their psychology/psychiatry time ehehe

but ari would be the worst enabler of jamie's coffee addiction because she has it b a d BAD too. greek coffee is hella strong and it takes four american cups of joe to get close to greek coffee. not to mention the delicious perfection that is sweet frappe with milk which she makes very often during summertime also she would try to get jamie to set some STANDARDS in his life (for coffee anyways) so none of this jazzorcising starbucks shit ok not even if it's recycled in space.
