ITEM NAME: Wind Manipulation.
ITEM DESCRIPTION: Being half gale, he has the ability to manipulate wind, besides concentrating it on body parts for attacks such as gale runner. His manipulation of the wind can lessen the impact of falls and other fatal blows. He can even with a fling of his sword create a hurricane force of winds up to twenty miles and combine it with other attacks to make it more forceful(blowing opponents back about ten to fifteen feet). he can even cause slight pushes with the wind, they do now damage though they can falter movement, lessen the blow and effects of attacks, or with his aid of a fire ally he can create burning winds. He can even manipulate the wind as far as riding it making him appear to hover at great speeds.

for future reference "total cost" is the number of points overall to subtract. so -100.
but, yah. -100. your new skill will be added shortly.
EDIT: OYAH. i had forgotten to add it before, but since you started with less than three techs anything up to three is free. so i'll add back 100. +100, sorry 'bout that. the next tech you purchase will cost 100 points, though. ;3 |
