THE SHOP OF DREAMS you squint as you step into the small wooden storefront. it’s dim in here, with the thick smell of pipe smoke and incense giving a cloying atmosphere. shelves line the walls, filled to bursting with things you’ve never seen before except in fantasy. you see no proprietor, but from the back comes a faint raspy voice. “you’ve come in here with purpose, dear. i like that. so, what is it you want to buy?” Sub-board: COMPLETED TRANSACTIONS |

WEST HALF a beautifully sleek building, constructed from steel and glass, the west half is focused on the more traditional "school-based" subjects students have to learn, such as math and the sciences. it hosts some of the dorms for the academy as well, although determining whether the ones here or across campus are better is a matter of opinion. EAST HALF in disturbingly stark contrast to the west half of the school, the east half looks like someone bifurcated an eastern european cathedral and glued one part onto the campus. with baroque arches and elaborate stone details everywhere, its intimidating facades nicely fit with the exorcist studies within. SCHOOL GROUNDS about as eclectic as the rest of the academy, the school grounds consist of a variety of facilities in all different architectural styles and states of disrepair. the grounds themselves are rather expansive, surprising for being in a city, and are surrounded by a high brick wall topped with iron spikes. PINE DISTRICT the quietest and arguably the most sane of the districts, pine is overwhelmingly residential, with condos and small apartments vying for space with luxurious, slightly pretentious mansions. it's an excellent place to raise a family or just relax, especially with the peaceful atmosphere the place has. this is also because pine is, for the most part, demon-free. PLUM DISTRICT a bustling business district, plum is all shiny and new, with bright skyscrapers jostling for room against malls, museums, and other centers of leisure. it's always busy here, and the vast majority of santa prospera's population acts as the city's engine here. it's a stark contrast with the other two districts in its modernity. BAMBOO DISTRICT the furthest south of the three districts geographically, bamboo is the most urbane and run-down. although it's a decent place to be in during the daytime, it's certainly intimidating to walk down its narrow streets and between its crumbling brick apartments at night. there's also a significant demon population here, although not all of them are hostile towards humans. PROSPERA BAY the scenic position along the west coast has ensured that santa prospera's coastline overflows with activity. sure, the beaches are more than a little rocky but the supreme harbor and scenic areas has lead to a large influx of luxury liners and an even larger influx of tourists. however, development is rather varied along the shore and the island just off the coast is rarely visited.
